    COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, CHENGANNUR

    14th Annual Sports Meet, 2010

    REPORT

    Introduction

In this era of computerization and globalization where our lives have become so stressful, sports and games have just not become a getaway for recreation, but it also has imparted values like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, sacrifice and accountability. This is exactly what the 14th Annual Sports Meet has left behind for each and every one in College of Engineering, Chengannur.

    .

    Venue & Date

The games events started on 4th January, 2010 (Tuesday) and continued till 12th January, 2010 (Wednesday). The Sports Meet was held from 14th -16th January, 2010 at Municipal Ground, Thiruvalla. All the students were distributed among 4 houses viz. Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, with each house having an average of 216 members, lead by its respective Captain and Vice-Captain. This year, the Sports Meet witnessed an increase in participation in all events with an equally high spirit of vigor and enthusiasm.

    .
